Professional Manner
I am so glad I chose Gooding & Co to sell my property. From day one through to completion I was continually updated on progress with the sale which gave me peace of mind that my property was in safe hands. Mick was extremely professional and proactive every step of the way with regular updates including progress with the solicitors which was really helpful. Same day feedback from each viewing was always provided. Mick made the whole sale process stress free and I would definitely use Gooding & Co again and greatly recommend their services.

Above & Beyond Mick went above and beyond with supporting the sale of our property. From the initial viewings with regular updates on feedback, to helping with getting the sale over the line. Mick was able to use his own vast experience, but also connect with others when needed. Genuinely thankful that I chose Mick and Leila. Communications and professionalism were (to be honest as I expected) top class. They were very honest, friendly and also very sensible, which was so refreshing.
